Highlands Ranch

Highlands Ranch is a 22,000 acre master planned community in Douglas County, Colorado.  It is located 12 miles south of Denver along C-470 and approximately one mile west of I-25.

As of 2004, the community had approximately 80,979 residents living in nearly 26,372 homes and 3,305 apartments.  A young community with a median age of 32 years old.  The median household income for Highlands Ranch is $86,800.  

Highlands Ranch boasts an impressive network of outdoor amenities that include more than 60 miles of paved and natural trails that connect neighborhoods and businesses and more than 2,000 acres of open space.  Neighborhood parks offer specialized amenities like a 20,000-square-foot skate park, community gardens, Redstone Park Tennis Center, Slammer’s Batting Range and The Tanks Park, which features an in-line hockey rink and skate park.

Highlands Ranch is convenient to Park Meadows Malls and several fine restaurants.
